Our abrasive files consist of a five-layer lamination, containing a plastic core, foam and coated abrasive layers. Used for rough material / stock removal, deburring, texturing, fine finishing, lapping and polishing. We are able to produce a variety of coatings from electro static coated macro grits to slurry coated micro graded powders. Manufacturing a variety of shapes and sizes we can create exacting end user specifications for unique applications.
A variety of industry specific uses include automotive detailing, tool & die polishing / repairs, medical device manufacture, electronics, aerospace and ministry of defence and RND.
